It’s been a long time since I last updated this dumb blog of mine..

We’ll have our graduation practice tomorrow and although I’m not going to be here for our graduation, I’ll still attend the practice. I just want to see my batch mates one last time before I leave.

Haay  We will be staying at my aunt’s house in L.A. and when I go to New York, at my Lola’s house.. but I’m not sure where we would be staying when we go to Vancouver.

Haay I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really want to attend our PROM. Ahya Hendrick says we have this err "family curse." All the men in our generation wouldn’t be able to attend their Proms.  Wtf?! He’s been saying that since last summer when we were in France and >.< it came true. Ahya Henricson wasn’t able to attend his prom.. I won’t be attending mine. I just hope Shoti Jaden breaks the curse and attends his prom hmm which will be 11 years from now..

I don’t really have anything to say anymore.. I’m tired from our lakwatsa and I have to get up early tomorrow. Btw, I seriously lack sleep. I didn’t sleep last Saturday. >.<

Mar: Bakit hindi ka namin nakikita?
Hesus: Of course, para magamit ng mga tao yung “God is like the wind.. you can’t see it but you know it’s there.”.. kawawa naman yung mga taong nagsabi niyan kung bigla akong magpapakita right? adi nagmukha silang mga fools na gusto lang may masabing maganda at magpasikat..

Mar: Bakit pa may impyerno? Kawawa naman yung mga masasamang tao…
Hesus: Hehe.. mas kawawa naman si Satan kung walang impyerno adi nawalan siya ng trabaho.

Mar: Bakit gusto mong i-worship ka namin?

Hesus : Haay.. alam mo, yung sinabing si Satan ay isang fallen angel.. Big LIE yun.. ewan ko san nga nila nakuha yun e.. Basta sa pagkakaalam ko.. si Satan galing yan sa tae ng mga ninuno nila Hitler, Saddam Hussein, at ni GMA….(weird nga e, magical yung tae nila.)

Mar: Gutom ka na po ba ?
Hesus: Di pa naman.. Bakit?
Mar: Ah, kasi po ako gutom na e. Sige kita-kits na lang diyan sa heaven in 50 years… este 100 years.. >:)

When I was a kid, I seriously considered my sister as God’s punishment to me for being a naughty boy. She was a sneaky liar, or in kid language, she was a super duper bad girl.

In my view as a kid then, she was my mom’s favorite because she always got what she wanted and she rarely got scolded. She framed me up all the time and I got scolded for her mistakes. She had an extremely loud and irritating cry. Her mouth would open so wide that an elephant would fit in it. She USED TO HAVE this extremely cute look that, I believe, was very difficult to resist. She was a little devil with an angelic face which many considered to be so damn adorable. She was a sly girl; she used her smile as a weapon to torture me.

My sister is now 14 years old (THANK GOD!!). I wouldn’t say that she has competely matured, but she has had a few changes. She doesn’t cry as much anymore, but now she has an extremely loud and irritating shout (which is an evolution of her extremely loud and irritatiing cry). Janunay, as I call her, isn’t the little girl with the angelic face anymore; she’s all grown up now and our little cat and dog fights are a thing of the past. I thank God for the miracle of growing up because without it, my life would be hell.

I may hate the way she frames me up all the time or the fact that she always gets what she wants, or the way she cries and shouts, but these little things I hate about her are what make her the Janunay I know, the Janunay I learned to love.. <— meron rin raw parang ganyan na line sa isang movie.. Hahahaha

It seems to me that this world is full of cowardly pretenders — afraid to show who they truly are, too insecure to express their true selves. We live in a world of hypocrisy and lies… a world where one is pressured to become a person he doesn’t want to be… a world where doing the right thing for you isn’t the same with doing what’s right…

I want to get out of this world and live in a different one — a world where people are true to themselves, unafraid to show their true colors.. a world where I can be a kid forever, not having a care in the world… a world worth living in..

1.      I am but a kid – stupid, ignorant, and childish.

2.      I am a dreamer; I dream big but unfortunately act small.

3.      I like peace and quiet; I love reading books whilst listening to soothing music.

4.      I believe that every person has a talent of his/her own but is afraid to show it because of his/her insecurities.

5.      I believe that love can push a person to the fullest of his/her abilities.

6.      I believe that when you love someone, a mere smile from her/him would be enough to relieve you from all your worries.

7.      I like watching romantic movies because nothing makes me feel better than to watch two people fall in love.

8.      I believe that a girl’s smile is like a jewel – precious and hard to attain.

9.      I want to be good to everyone I know so as not to feel any remorse or regret in the future for how I am treating them at present.

10.  I despise the fact that we don’t treat other people as our equals, that we look down on other people, that we make fun of other people, and that we make other people feel small and inferior.

11.  I do not believe that there is a hell, for God wouldn’t be so mean and cruel as to make a place full of hate and evil such as hell.

12.  I really feel bad for people who don’t have friends, for I believe that one cannot go through life without friends.

13.  I find it weird that so many people waste their time on wondering about what life is all about and not just live life as it is.

14.  I find it ironic that “What is love?” is probably the most asked question in the world yet no one really knows how to answer it.

15.  I like to fart because there is nothing more relieving than releasing a held-in fart; I always say: “The ‘proot’ shall set you free.”

16.      I wish that the world wasn’t so filled with prejudice so that everyone can live their lives as they truly are.

  17.      I like to write despite my not being good at it.

18.      I like hugs; I hate kisses; I believe that hugs are more meaningful; kisses are just plain yucky.

19.      I have a list of things I want to accomplish in my life and on top of that list it says “1. Make mama and papa proud.”  LoL!

20.      I want to die sitting by the beach, enjoying the sunset.

I watched You’ve Got Mail last night with Ahya Hendrick; we were arguing about the point of watching romantic movies. He says that they all have the same themes.. same endings.. Two people meet.. they fall in love.. but some obstacle stands between them that brings them apart.. in the end, they realize that their love is just too strong.. then they live happily ever after… =)

Why do we keep on watching romantic movies despite their having the same themes? Why do we keep on reading love stories that are so damn predictable? Why do we keep on singing love songs? Why do we fall in love? or Why do we want to fall in love?

The truth is.. I don’t really know.. I don’t even think that there is a single person alive who knows.. The question ‘what is love?’ is probably the most asked question in the world.. Weird thing is.. it’s also the only question that no one knows how to answer.. Ironic? Hmmm..

Our first day there was really really tiring, as Ahya Hendrick and I had to walk from the Ramblas all the way to our hotel, which was 13 Subway Stops away; I think on that day, we walked for around 13 hours. We got lost going to the hotel, so our walk, which should have been a 1 hour walk, doubled in time. We had around an hour of rest at the hotel, then we were back walking again. That day was Hendrick and Jovin’s version of the Death March. Hahaha =)

The second day, we went to the Port near the Ramblas; we visited an Aquarium, it was pretty good, but Ahya Hendrick enjoyed it more than I did. (He’s the water-bearer raw kasi.) After visiting the Aquarium, we watched a movie in the Imax theatre; BIG MISTAKE!! We watched a movie called Forces of Nature, which was supposedly narrated by Kevin Bacon according to the poster outside. When we entered the movie house, we were really fascinated and amazed because of the size of the movie screen. It was Hella Big! And to our surprise, the movie was in SPANISH! WAAAWW!! I fell asleep watching the movie.. We wasted time and money there. nice!

After that, I think we went to the Zoo and then to the Sagrada Familia. The Sagrada Familia, I think, is a church. It was by an architect named Antonio Gaudi, the church is really big! It’s construction started 1882 ( I think.) and until now, it ain’t finished yet. They expect it to be finished by 2010? or was it 2020? hmm I ain’t sure. The Sagrada Familia is a must-see in Barcelona. I even bought several Sagrada Familia keychains and a figurine. I think I spent 40 Euros there. Rawr!

The trip was very educational… Hihihi ^^ We also went to the Picasso Museum. =) I have Auntie Angie and Uncle Sandro to thank for the trip.. Hihihi ^^

To sum it up, Barcelona is a very nice city with lots of beautiful women. Hahaha =) And oo nga pala, we saw a man biking around butt-naked. Eew!

*On our last day there, we bought Lays; we didn’t open it until we got back here in France. And much to my surprise, when I opened it, it had a small paper saying that we won something.. A DVD player I think.. Hahaha =)
